Conditions
Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.
'Early Bird' Registration: 'Early' discount is available for registrations received prior to 14th of June 2009.
Concession: Concession registration is available for students, carers and unwaged persons.
Payments: Payment is required to confirm registration. Delegates with outstanding registration fees at the conference will be required to provide a credit card guarantee. If payment is not received 14 days after the event, the credit card will be charged. All delegates who register online registration will be sent a tax invoice.
Refunds and Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on 1st of August 2009. After this date there will be no refunds made, substitute delegates will be accepted.
Insurance: It is the responsibility of delegate's to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies. The following links are provided for information only.
