Abstract Guidelines

 

General Information - symposiums, workshops, and individual papers. 

  • Abstract submission for symposium speakers will open at the end of November 2009.

  • Abstract submission for symposium speakers deadline is 30th of April 2010.

  • Abstract submission for free papers deadline is 30th June 2010.

  • Abstracts should contain a maximum of 300 words and must be submitted in English.

  • All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.

  • Accepted authors must register for the Conference to be included in the Scientific Program.

  • Abstract submissions will only be accepted via the meeting website.

  • A symposium is for 90 minutes.

  • A symposium may include 3 to 4 speakers.

  • We regret that no financial support can be provided for symposiums, workshops, and individual papers. 

  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Authors will be notified by e-mail of the outcome of their abstract submission.

Abstracts will be published in Asia-Pacific Psychiatry, the official journal of the Pacific Rim College of Psychiatrists. During 2010, institutions can opt to receive complimentary subscriptions to Asia-Pacific Psychiatry. Ask your librarian to register your institution for free subscription.

 

Please note that the acceptance of an abstract does not imply funding from the Meeting.

 

All proposals will be reviewed by the Conference Scientific Committee. Presentations will be selected to provide a program that offers a comprehensive and diverse treatment of issues related to the theme of the meeting.

All presenters must register to attend the conference.
