Welcome Reception - Thursday, 28 October 2010
The Welcome Reception is included in Full Registration only. The
Welcome Reception will be held from 0:00pm - 0:00pm at the
Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Additional tickets
can be purchased for day delegates, partners and guests from the
registration form for $65.00 each
Conference Dinner - Friday, 29 October 2010
The Conference Dinner is not included in Registration. Tickets
are available for purchase from the registration form for $130.00
each.

Conditions
Please note that it is essential for all
participants including invited speakers, delegates and
presenters to register.
Early Bird Registration: 'Early' discount is
available for registrations received and paid prior to 5pm the
17th September 2010. Registrations not paid by the 17th
September
will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.
Full Time Student Registration: Student
registration is available for full time students only. A scan or
fax copy of your student ID card must be sent to the conference
secretariat within 14 days of registration. Failure to produce a
full time student ID card will result in registrations being
transferred to the full rate.
Payment: Full
payment is required to confirm registration. Delegates with
outstanding registration fees at the Conference will be required
to provide a credit card guarantee. If payment is not received
14 days after the event, the credit card will be charged. All
delegates who register online will be sent a tax invoice within
8 working hours of submitting a registration.
Refunds and Cancellations: Registration cancellations
and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or
email to AST Management Pty Ltd. All amendments will incur a
$20.00 additional fee.
A 50% cancellation fee will be
charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on
1st October 2010. After this date there will be no refunds made,
substitute delegates will be accepted at the cost of an
amendment fee.
Insurance:
It is the responsibility of delegate's to arrange their own
travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have
any arrangements with any companies. The following links

The conference organisers reserve the right to change
activities, topics and presenters where necessary. "The
organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the
cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to
Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance
beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but
not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or
not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot,
civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or
Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions,
transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of
airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts
to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence
of any such cause."
