Registration Inclusions

Full Registration (Standard and Early Bird) - Be one of the first 100 delegates to book a workshop and receive it complimentary
Full registration will include all conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, conference materials including satchel and handbook, conference welcome function.

Workshops - Be one of the first 100 delegates to book a workshop and receive it complimentary
Half day workshops are only available to Full Registration delegates. Delegates MUST register their interest in attending a workshop. Failure to register for a workshop will be acknowledged as the delegate does not wish to attend a workshop and subsequently will not be included.

Day Only Registration Rate
Day Rate Registration will include conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day, conference materials including satchel and handbook. Does not include conference functions or workshops

Additional Exhibitor Pass
Additional Exhibitor Pass will include entry to the exhibition area, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day. Does not include conference materials including satchel and handbook or entry to conference sessions.

Conditions
Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.

Early Bird Registration
Early Bird Registration is available for registrations received and paid before COB Friday 8 June 2012. Registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.

Concession Registration
Concession Registration Rate is available for Carers, Students and Non-working delegates only

Payments
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice payable within 30 days (or prior to the conference) will be issued.

All conference and function payments must be paid in full prior to the conference.

All registrations received after the 6th July 2012 must be paid in full by credit card only.

If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
AST Management understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

Alternatively, a full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received before the 6 July 2012. We are unable to issue a refund after this date however cancellation credits towards the 2013 conference (less a $100 service fee) can be issued for cancellations advised prior to 14 May 2012.

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

All refunds and credit notes will be issued after 23 May, 2012.
